I was a Gainesville High School graduate with deep family roots in the Ozarks.  I was Parents as Teacher's Coordinator in the district for 5 years.  I am a certified teacher for elementary education and have experience working with the Susan Barton Reading and Spelling Program and Title 1 reading.  I love my students and being a kindergarten teacher. I am blessed by the experience of watching students reach their potential and be successful. We laugh, love and learn! I am also an RN and previously worked as a Labor and Delivery nurse for 10 years. I am fulfilling my life long dream daily being a mother to my 2 sweet children.
